Contract for all computer services:
"I understand that by employing the contractor to install software,
I am not holding him in any way legally responsible for the licensing
of that software. I am willing to employ the contractor for an hourly
rate, plus the required call-out fee, providing he does his best, regardless
of how successful his accomplishments are. I accept that the contractor
is not responsible for the state of the computer(s) and / or peripherals
before his arrival to and after his departure from the site."
